1.For Self Placed Learning:
No refunds. All payments under this order will probably be irrevocable, non refundable, and non-creditable.
2.For Instructor Led Online Training:
No Refunds. There’ll be no refunds at all for any classes.
3.Cancellation & Refunds: Classroom Training:
No Refunds. Payments referred to herein will not be refundable under any conditions. All payments under this order will probably be irrevocable, non refundable, and non-creditable.
4.Refunds: Copy payment
Following notification from the customer, refunds for this duplicate payment made by the deposit will be executed through the exact same source (original method of payment) within 7 to 10 working days.
The educational institution DDS maintains the right to postpone or cancel events, or to alter the location of events, in the event of low enrolment, teacher illness, or events caused by force majeure (e.g., earthquakes, flooding, political unrest, etc.)
A full refund will be given to the delegate in the case that DDS, a learning institution, cancels an event.
